Lemongrass Honteri Syrup
500ml Mizkan Honteri Mirin-style
100ml water
60g lemongrass stalks
Cocktail
40ml lemongrass Honteri syrup (detailed above)
30ml lime
5g mint
70ml sake
Crushed ice
Lemon grass stalks
70ml soda
Lemongrass Honteri Syrup
1. Add all the ingredients to a saucepan.
2. Boil for 5 minutes.
3. Allow to cool and then store in an airtight container.
Cocktail
1. Muddle the lime, syrup and mint together.
2. Add to the glass.
3. Add the sake.
4. Add the crushed ice.
5. Top up with soda.
6. Garnish with a lemongrass stalk.
